Holden Coupe 60 Concept Car


Marking the ‘Diamond’ Anniversary of the first all-Australian car the 48-215 (widely known as the FX), General Motors Holden revealed the Coupe 60 to an excited crowd at the 2008 Melbourne Motor Show.

 

Six decades since the 48-215 rolled off the production line at Fishermans bend in port Melbourne; the Coupe 60 gives automotive fans a vision of Holden’s future.

 

Boasting a Chevrolet sourced 6.0 litre V8 outputting over 300kW, dual side exiting exhaust, 21-inch wheels, large rear air diffuser and a one-off paint called ‘Diamond Silver’ which gives a liquid aluminium finish


V8 Supercar inspired interior featuring a flat bottom steering wheel and LCD sports cluster.
Imposing 6.0 litre V8 fills the engine bay and features the replicated etch metal logo on the engine cover.


We are accepting preorders for this model.

It will be priced at $230 and is model number 18370. It will be available in the 2nd quarter and is limited to 5000.

It has been suggested that it will prove just as popular as the Holden Efijy and will be in short supply.
