HOLDEN HZ SANDMAN UTE - JASMINE YELLOW 1977

HOLDEN HZ SANDMAN UTE - JASMINE YELLOW 1977

The HZ was the final revision in the H series of Holden's, and the first to have the Radial Tuned Suspension (RTS) which was fitted
to all models as standard. The handling improvements made by the RTS saw the need for competitors to create their own improved
suspension. The HZ model remained virtually unchanged from its predecessor except for the twin headlight Premier front fitted with a spoiler
but, unfortunately, the Holden design team sacrificed the sporty look to some extent when they didn't fit the GTS style slotted front guards to the HZ range.

The Sandman Ute's came out with the GTS interior trim and the 253 V8 under the bonnet.
The HZ Ute was replaced in 1980 by the WB.
This is the first Holden Ute produced by Biante in 1:18 scale.

This model will be in store Tuesday 13th July and is priced at $205.
